We provide a one-stop service of OEM/ODM, product R&D and injection producing. In this field, we have more than 20 years of research and development and manufacturing technology experience, with a professional technical and service team and establish a strict quality control system covering the whole process of procurement, production, quality inspection and warehouse management, wholeheartedly committed to meet customers' different product quality and quality requirements.

ABILITY

The production base covers 100,000 square meters, and we have 5 production lines, independent injection molding factory, more than 21 injection molding machines, specializing in the production of different models of hot air brush, hair dryer, hair straightener and household appliances, the monthly output of finished products can exceed one million, the annual output of more than 10 million.

Our products are produced in strict accordance with the quality and testing standards, and will go through at least six processes, including research and development, proofing, production, parts and finished product inspection, customer inspection, packaging and shipping, etc.

PRODUCTION

We have professional technical personnel to provide product design and research and development services to meet the diverse needs of customers. In this process, the product will be made several times to confirm that the appearance, function and quality of the product meet the requirements. In the process of production, the parts and finished products will be strictly inspected to ensure that the quality of each product meets the standard. After the production is completed, the customer can inspect the products to ensure that the quality meets the requirements of the customer. If the unqualified products are found, they will be dealt with in time. Our products will be subjected to multiple drop tests of different degrees in the simulated transportation environment, so a certain degree of impact would not be damaged the product no matter in the shipping process or in the usage.
